Title : What type of work environment you really like ?
Rationale : A work environment is a mix of several parameters, e.g.
* Type of work, e.g. business development, research, customer support, research and development, marketing , sales, educational training, product’s development,finance
* Type of people, e.g. high end engineers, PhD’s would be involved in research and development. MBA(marketing) would be involved in marketing area, CPAs in finance, graduates in customer support.
*Type of company, e.g. High end product company like Google/Microsoft/Samsung/Qualcomm, A struggling startup, Service based companies TCS/Infosys/Wipro, A finance firm, A walmart store
*Type of nationalities, e.g. Only Indians/Koreans/Japanese/Chinese Or Mix with various nationalities
*Type of founders, e.g Sargey Bin,Bill Gates,Larry Page all these professionals are highly technical and running high end technical companies.
*Type of team, e.g. What type of work this team is doing ? Even this team is a part of Microsoft’s famous product but actually it just provides a customer support OR its a part of Google’s search engine and work in the core areas for indexing OR This team work for one of his major
customer in HCL, but this team works only on the core areas, e.g. designing the product.
*Type of Leader, e.g. What is the leader’s background,
*Type of project, e.g. What type of work it is ?Its just a maintenance work. Or its a core work , Or Its a work to provide support, Or Its a work to handle customer interface.
*Type of career growth, e.g Will this work provide any career growth, e.g. In terms of technology learning. Or its just coming to office and working on something and returning home after a predefined number of hours, or it really promises entirely a different position or experience after three or five years ?

*The way company hire employees, e.g. Microsoft/Google/Amazon/Apple/Qualcomm has the entirely different way of hiring people than Infosys/Wipro/TCS/HCL because of several reasons.

How you actually define the expected work environment if the current one is not what you want ?
